CarboTame contains alpha-amylase inhibitors Phase 2 (Starch Neutralizer) and green tea to reduce digestion and absorption of carbohydrates, combined with chromium for healthy carbohydrate metabolism.

  • Phase 2 (Starch Neutralizer) is a vegetarian glycoprotein (49,000 Daltons molecular weight), extracted from white kidney bean, capable of inhibiting pancreatic alpha-amylase.
  • Green Tea is rich in catechins, which are known to inhibit alpha-amylase in the small intestine.
  • Chromium from yeast contains a superior absorption organic chromium complex known as Glucose Tolerance Factor (GTF).
